A doctoral student is required to submit a report on the progress made in the implementation of the individual research plan no later than 7 days before the end of the semester. The report should be submitted to the Director of the Doctoral School after obtaining the opinion of the supervisor, supervisors, or the supervisor and auxiliary supervisor.
In justified cases, the Director may, upon the doctoral student’s written request, extend the deadline for submitting the report.

The semester is completed by the Director of the Doctoral School on the basis of data from the USOS system and the submitted report.
