For traineeships of up to one month, the doctoral student must be present at the host institution for at least 7 working days. The application must include confirmation of acceptance by the host institution and the traineeship programme. Prior to departure, the doctoral student is required to register the trip in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Odyseusz system (if applicable) and to obtain accident and medical insurance for the duration of the stay abroad.
