Silesian Science Forum: innovations for the future, society, and quality of life

We invite you to the Scientific Conference Silesian Science Forum: innovations for the future, society, and quality of life, organized on June 26, 2025, in the Blue Hall of Collegium Maius, University of Opole.

The Student Council of the University of Opole, together with the University of Opole Foundation, invite you to the National Scientific Conference “Silesian Science Forum: innovations for the future, society, and quality of life,” which will take place on June 26, 2025, in the form of an in-person event in the Blue Hall of Collegium Maius at the University of Opole, Kopernika Square 11, 45-040 Opole. The conference is a forum for discussion on the role of science and technology in shaping quality of life. We invite you to reflect on how scientific and technological progress affects society, health, education, and sustainable development.

We cordially invite students and doctoral candidates interested in the conference topics to actively participate in the event. Passive participation is open to everyone and does not require academic qualifications.

Registration can be completed using the electronic form available at: https://forms.office.com/e/ab52zFZA3d. The conference fee is PLN 300 for active participants and PLN 150 for passive participants. The fee includes conference materials and meals. Each participant will receive an electronic certificate confirming their participation. Important dates:

  1. May 12, 2025 – submission of participation and registration of participants via the form (we reserve the right to select abstracts).
  2. May 20, 2025 – registration for passive participation and announcement of the results of the call for applications.
  3. May 30, 2025 – payment of the participation fee to the bank account number that will be provided to participants in an email.
